From April 1, Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers has introduced a monthly payment of 60 USD to large families for the third and subsequent children under the age of 6 years.
According to Minister of Social Policy Andriy Reva, payments are provided for 158,800 children under age of 6. Monthly assistance will be paid from subventions to the local budgets within the framework of the approved budget for the current year. It is approximately 7 million USD per month or 84 million USD annually.
