Going up from Pergine Valsugana towards the Valle dei Mòcheni, on the right bank we find Sant’Orsola Terme, famous for the cultivation of berries, strawberries, raspberries, etc. The landscape is characterized by the typical rural houses spread over a light and sunny slope. There are some restaurants serving typical Trentino cuisine.
The many paths in the town and in the surrounding area have become quiet paths for hiking or biking. Starting from Sant’Orsola you can reach the high farms, characteristic farms in the upper part of the town; The walk along the Fersina stream is also very nice, leading through a sort of open-air museum: from here you can find the old sawmill, the mills and one of the oldest mines in the valley.
