The Master was born from a Memorandum of Understanding between the Autonomous Province of Trento and the Autonomous Region of Sardinia for the promotion of a common commitment in the implementation of policies aimed at family well-being. According to this new paradigm, policies for family well-being are not a social expense but an investment, in terms of local development and social cohesion, for all the actors of a territory. Their implementation requires teamwork and new skills starting from the Public Administration to outline a new institutional design recognizing the benefits that these policies bring with them within the territories and organizations.
The “Master in management of policies for family well-being” intends to form a management team in the Public Administration in Sardinia, at central level and at local level, transversal to the intervention sectors (social, work, home, mobility, culture, sport, free time ..) and distributed on the regional territory capable of planning and experimenting the implementation of new public policies structurally oriented to family well-being.
