In 2022, 29 new municipalities joined the European network of family-friendly municipalities
All the staff of the European network of family-friendly municipalities wishes you a happy new year!
This year 29 new municipalities joined the European network of family-friendly municipalities:
- 12 municipalities form Italy: Pieve Tesino, San Lorenzo Dorsino, Zevio, Borgo Valsugana, Torcegno, Calliano, Onore, Foligno, Monserrato, Nuraminis, Budduso’, Cerete;
- 15 municipalities from Portugal: Oleiros, Amadora, S. Pedro do Sul, Câmara de Lobos, Nelas, Alvaiázere, Guarda, Cascais, Montijo, Fundão, Águeda, Vila Franca de Xira, Mealhada, Arruda do Vinhos, Palmela;
- 1 municipality from Spain, Castelldefels.
Our network continues to expand, witnessing the importance of investing in families to combat this terrible demographic winter and promote their well-being, because where the family is happy, society is happy and prosperous.
We will therefore continue to work for this important cause, once again thanking all these municipalities for the work they do every day for families.
