New support service in Foligno for children and adolescents
Good news from the municipality of Foligno, which continues to be a great source of inspiration for our family-friendly network.

The city, located in the Italian region of Umbria, is set to provide strong and consistent support for the education of its younger citizens. The municipality’s “Centro della famiglia” (Family Center) has crafted a new support service targeted to children and adolescents aged 6 to 13.
This service will be active from April 13th to June 9th, running Monday through Friday from 16:00 to 19:00. Goal is to assist students in their educational journeys by offering homework tutoring and teaching self-study methods.
While the service is free of charge, registration is required. All information can be found on the Centro della Famiglia official website.
The Family Centre has been established as a free service offering a listening ear, guidance and support for families, children and parents. A space open to the community where you can find information, share experiences and discover new opportunities. Its opening ceremony will be on 24 April at 16:00 at Piazza Piermarini, Foligno.
Such good practices are a great reminder for us all, that investing in the new generation (and its formation) is the key to a bright and better future.
Una Rondine vola in Sardegna

From April 15th to 17th, the Sardinian municipality of Alghero will be involved in the project Una Rondine vola in Sardegna (“A Swallow Flies in Sardinia”).
This initiative aims to connect schools, students, and the wider educational community through a journey built on collaboration and dialogue.
On April 17th at 10:00 am, the entire community is invited to gather for a special session dedicated to sharing the experiences made possible by this project.
The program will introduce the Rondine Method to the public through video showcases and personal testimonials from students sharing their journeys within the project. The event will also feature a comprehensive project overview and detailed insights into its peculiarities.
The goal of this meeting is to provide a platform for youth voices, allow the community to understand the project in depth, and encourage active participation in an open dialogue about education, community building, and the future of the local territory.
