Companies: more family, more future

Businesses too can contribute to counteracting the demographic winter by adopting family-friendly corporate policies that give young people and couples the chance to form and raise a family. Great entrepreneurs of the calibre of Olivetti understood this long ago: production improves if the well-being of employees, inside and outside the factory, improves. The alliance between municipalities and family-friendly companies can be the key to fostering growth and birth rates.

The partner companies of the European Network of Family Friendly Municipalities have understood this and will present their good practices in the webinar “Companies: more family, more future”, live Zoom and on Youtube on 26 September 2024.
